Over the past few days, we received feedback from our amazing Skutus community about a frustrating issue on our chat page. Users reported that messages were not sending, leading to interrupted conversations and a less-than-smooth chatting experience.

The Issue:

Due to a backend glitch, messages sent on the chat page were either delayed or not delivered at all. This problem affected both one-on-one and group chats, and we know how important real-time communication is to our users.

The Fix:
