✅ Allowed:

     
• A 20-year-old in Nigeria creating an account.

     
• A 16-year-old student posting and engaging with friends.

   

❌ Not Allowed:

     
• A 10-year-old trying to register with fake age.

     
• Someone using Skutus while legally banned from social media due to a court order.

   

✅ Good Practice:

     
• Using your real name or a clear username (e.g., “JohnDoe” or “FunnySkutusian”).

     
• Registering with a valid email address you have access to.

     
• Keeping your password private.

   

❌ Not Allowed:

     
• Using fake names like “Elon Musk Official” to impersonate someone.

     
• Sharing your password publicly or with strangers.

     
• Registering multiple accounts just to abuse the points system.

   

Examples of Good Behavior:

     
• Posting jokes, memes, videos, and opinions respectfully.

     
• Having healthy debates without insults.

     
• Reporting harmful or suspicious activity.

   

Examples of Violations:

     
• Bullying someone in the comments.

     
• Posting hate speech against a tribe, religion, or gender.

     
• Sharing scams, phishing links, or misleading information.

     
• Uploading violent, pornographic, or illegal content.

   

     
• If you post a funny meme, you still own it — but Skutus can show it on feeds or promote it on trending pages.

     
• If you post a video, it might appear in search results or be recommended to other users.

   

Important:

     
• If your post contains copyrighted music or stolen content, Skutus can remove it.

     
• If your post is harmful or illegal, Skutus may delete it and suspend your account.

   

Examples of How You Can Earn:

     
• Posting original content that gets engagement (likes, comments).

     
• Participating in trending discussions.

     
• Inviting new users to join Skutus (if referral program is active).

   

Examples of What Will Forfeit Earnings:

     
• Creating fake accounts to like or comment on your posts.

     
• Copying other people’s posts just to farm points.

     
• Using bots or spam tools to boost engagement.

     
• Exploiting technical bugs to get more points.

   

Examples:

     
• You might see sponsored posts in your feed.

     
• You may receive ads related to topics you engage with (e.g., if you like football content, you may see ads for football boots).

   

What We Don’t Allow:

     
• Turning off ads using hacks or ad-blocking tools in ways that harm the platform’s earnings.

   

Examples of What We Do:

     
• Protect your password with encryption.

     
• Only share your data with advertisers in a way that doesn’t personally identify you.

     
• Allow you to control who sees your posts (public, friends, or private).

   

Examples of What We Don’t Do:

     
• Sell your private messages to advertisers.

     
• Publicly show your email or phone number unless you choose to.

   

Examples of When We May Suspend:

     
• Repeatedly posting scams or harmful content.

     
• Abusing the points system to make fake earnings.

     
• Using your account for illegal activity.

   

Examples of Voluntary Termination:

     
• You can delete your account anytime if you no longer want to use Skutus.

     
• Once deleted, you will lose all points and posts.

   

     
• If the platform goes down for maintenance, we are not responsible for any loss of engagement.

     
• If your device gets hacked outside of Skutus, we are not liable for stolen passwords.

     
• If a post offends you, report it — but we are not liable for every user’s content.

   

     
• We may change how points are calculated.

     
• We may update community guidelines to reflect new laws.

   

We will notify you when major changes are made, and continuing to use Skutus means you accept the new terms.
