2.1 Accidental Purchase
• If you were charged for a membership by mistake and have not used any premium features, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the transaction.

• If you experience technical problems preventing you from accessing your membership benefits and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days a partial or full refund may be issued.
2.3 Unauthorized Transactions
• If you notice an unauthorized charge, please contact us immediately. Refunds for unauthorized transactions will be processed after verification.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
• Change of Mind: If you no longer wish to use your membership after purchase.
• Used Membership Benefits: If you have already accessed or used the paid features.
• Failure to Cancel Before Renewal: If your membership renews automatically and you did not cancel before the billing date.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 to 14 business days and eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation & Subscription Management
• You can cancel your membership at any time in your account settings.
• If you cancel, you will still have access to your membership until the end of the billing cycle, but you will not receive a refund.
