1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available for transactions where:

   
• ✅ The product or service was not delivered within the agreed time frame.

   
• ✅ The product received was completely different from what was advertised (e.g., a buyer ordered a laptop and received shoes).

   
• ✅ The seller was proven to be fraudulent after investigation.

   
• ✅ There was a payment processing error resulting in duplicate charges.

 

2. When Refunds Are Not Possible

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

   
• ❌ Buyer failed to confirm product details before purchase.

   
• ❌ Buyer changed their mind after successful delivery.

   
• ❌ Products were damaged due to buyer’s mishandling.

   
• ❌ Transactions that happened outside Skutus chat or payment system.

 

3. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

   
1. Email support@skutus.com within 7 days of the issue.

   
2. Provide proof of payment (transaction receipt or screenshot).

   
3. Provide chat history or product listing link for verification.

   
4. Our team will investigate and respond within 5–10 business days.

 

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using one of the following methods:

   
• ? Direct bank transfer to the account provided by the buyer.

   
• ? Wire transfer for international users.

   
• ? Conversion back into Skutus points (if the buyer prefers).

 

5. Important Notice

   
• ⚠ Skutus is a platform that connects buyers and sellers — we do not directly control all sellers.

   
• ⚠ We try our best to resolve disputes fairly, but refunds are not 100% guaranteed if evidence is insufficient.

   
• ⚠ Repeat scammers will be permanently banned and reported to law enforcement.
