4. Counter-Notification (Challenging a Copyright Claim)

 

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a copyright claim, you can submit a Counter-Notice with:

1. Your Contact Information (same as above).

2. Identification of the Removed Content (including the URL or location).

3. A Statement Under Penalty of Perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake.

4. Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your country’s court or the jurisdiction of Skutus.

5. Your Signature.

5. Repeat Infringers

 

Skutus reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright laws. If a user receives multiple valid copyright complaints, we may suspend or permanently ban their account.
